We hold our traumas and tension, our worries and our stress, within the tissues of our physical bodies. Whether we know it or not, sometimes we are triggered, and our fears and doubts show up, sometimes when we least expect it. By customizing a yin yoga session designed specifically for you, and applying Star Reiki energy to the body, the issues can begin to be cleared and released. Loving, healing energy is then able to flow, allowing you to continue forward on your path to healing.
The session begins with a consultation to learn and assess your physical and non-physical (emotional, mental, and spiritual) concerns. I will then develop and guide you through a series of yin yoga poses specific to your needs, while hovering my hands over various parts of your body, for optimal healing. I listen for intuitive messages from Oneness received for your highest good and record them for you to keep. It’s fun to look back at these messages as you move forward with your life! The yin yoga poses are for all-levels and no yoga experience is necessary. The poses are relaxing, seated or supine (lying down), and are tailored to your abilities.

Location 1. Virtually via Video Chat

Fridays: 9am-2pm (last appointment begins at 1pm)
*During lockdown, additional availability on Mondays and Wednesdays 9am-2pm (last appointment begins at 1pm) Other days/times may be accommodated by special request.

What to Bring: Wear comfortable clothing, water, and an open heart and mind.
After: Drink plenty of water to further flush out toxins and fill up newly opened energy channels! Write in your journal to remember how you feel, what you felt, and any insights you receive, even a few days later. It’s fun to look back and see changes after numerous sessions and as time goes on! Breathe and smile!
